0000034: Can't expand/shrink some events.

Description

We have a "arrow" to the right of the line number for some of the event's below, but not others.

Steps To Reproduce

on *:text:foo:#: {
msg $chan blar
}

on :START: {
echo -a foo
}

on :LOAD: {
echo -a foo
}

on :UNLOAD: {
echo -a blar
}

on :QUIT: {
echo -a asdf
}

on :invite:#: {
}

on :action:*:#: {
echo -a action
}

echo -a chat
}
