Have an option to detect pointless coding.

Steps To Reproduce

Pointless Code:
//echo @Window $nick entered $chan just now $+ .
The "$+" is pointless, as their is no identifier between "now" and ".".

Not pointless:
//echo @Window $nick entered $chan $+ .
As the "$+" is needed to make it look like "foo entered #foo.", since their is an identifier.
